More:
I´ve got grades from Stockholm University in Business Economics, Political Sciences and Journalism.
Other subjects I´ve studied are Physics and Astronomy (Fysikum Alba Nova) and Arabic (Departement of Oriental Languages at Stockholm University).
My essay in Journalism was a historic overview of discourses within Swedish press refering to women over time. In relation to the essay I helped out on a research project by encoding a corpus at the Faculty of Journalism and Mass-Communication (JMK) at StockholmUniversity.
During the latter part of the 90´s I worked as a webeditor and project-leader for various companies and organizations - amongst those the Swedish Board for Tourism and the Swedish Union of Journalists.
In 2003 I started freelancing and contributed with research for a film - From the Beginning to the End - about Iraq from 6 000 B C up til first Gulf War in 2003 by independent film-maker Maj Wechselmann.
I´ve been interviewed a number of times - on Swedish television, on local radio and in Swedish press (dailies and mags) on various topics.
I started out in the 80´s writing about trends and popular culture. My roots are in commercial press such as women´s glossies. Here is a pdf about me and my life before IT happened (unfortunately it´s in Swedish, but you might enjoy looking at the pictures!)
